Wonderfeel is an innovative festival, offering high-quality classical music for broad audiences. The beautiful scenery of the Schaep & Burgh estate is an integral part of the concept, ensuring that all your senses are stimulated. Wonderfeel consists of at least seven podiums, each with its own design and program. Once you are at Wonderfeel, you can choose freely where to go and how to make the most of the festival and its surroundings. Simultaneous programming ensures that there always is more than enough to choose from, so everyone makes their own ‘playlist’. The importance of nature is not stressed from a conservational perspective for once, but as a creative force and a nurturing environment, enabling an open attitude focused on experiencing. A new, fresh approach that intends to show the logic of music played, heard, experienced and felt in nature.

- Part of the senior management team as finance lead for the entire Suitsupply business, including Retail, IT, Supply Chain, Marketing, HR and all other functions- Responsible for all data science related activities, including IT related aspects- Responsible for a team of 6 business controllers, 3 IT architects, 2 data scientists, 1 HR Planner and 1 person in charge of our Mystery Visit program- Part of team making investment decisions, including store openings and closures, entering partnerships with resellers (i.e. for shop in shops), product buy, IT projects and staffing levels- Ensuring all our operations are financially viable and meet strategic requirements

Global Head of Finance & Business Navigation for the Wholesale channel, with customers such as Walmart, Amazon, Best Buy, Mediamarkt, Darty, FNAC, Boulanger and John Lewis.
- Responsible for taking data and transform that into actionable insights that drive profitable growth across all our markets and product categories
o Ensuring we are in the right distribution types
o Ensuring we are in the right countries
o Ensuring all our product categories generate profits to reinvest
o Ensuring all our resellers generate profits to reinvest
o Support the launch of new products and new categories with the right resellers
- Managing a global team of experienced finance & business controllers
- Work closely together with Accounting department and Shared Service Center

- Responsible for execution of planning- and control cycle for all our global sales organizations (rolling forecasts and annual budgets)- Responsible for supporting corporate transformations with actionable insights- Responsible for reporting on financial and non financial metrics (both for adhoc and monthly/quarterly business reviews)- Started the implementation of digital finance (PowerBI reporting, R-programming and data science)

- Maintaining relationships with authorities, auditors, banks and other suppliers
- Final responsibility for Monthly Reporting, Budgets, Forecasting, Audits, Car park and Facilities

Budgeting and forecasting:• Responsible for preparation of the annual European budget which consists off multiple products, channels and countries considering European strategy, sales and market trends• Involved in setup of our BI module to facilitate the European budget• Present parts of European budget (process) to all European financial controllers• Responsible for preparation of quarterly Category Business Manager forecasts • Provide our Supply Chain Managers with input with regards to the budgetReporting:• Responsible for the preparation of the monthly corporate reporting for our Home Entertainment categories• Involved in monthly European consolidation and variance analysis of headcount and FTE’s• Involved in generation and distribution of the Weekly Flash Sales reporting• Responsible for the preparation of several monthly product category dashboard which report on predefined KPI’s• Responsible for European consolidation and variance analysis of Accounts Receivables and At Risk customers• Coordinate monthly update meeting for the Dutch organization and present the European and Dutch sales resultsBusiness Analysis:• Prepare New and Existing product volume assumptions considering sales and market trends• Build complex financial models with regards to Life Cycle Management activities (e.g. phase-outs and promotional activities) and provide impact analysis of these activities• Create BI dashboards to analyze the results of our channels, products, product categories, promotions, stores, countries and other initiatives• Pro-actively advise European management on planned activities• Develop a cost conscious attitude within the European organization and in country• Develop new methods of working and reports to ensure data integrityOther:• Be the financial lead in several projects that will lead to enhanced profitability and accountability• Assist in the preparation of the financial statements for the annual audit

I was responsible for managing the audit of both listed and non-listed companies with revenues ranging from € 6 milion to € 450 milion, primarily for companies within Technology, Media and Entertainment.The teams I managed range from 3 - 12 persons and I work with 11 different teams.I was also a coach for less experienced employees and I performed selection interviews for potential employees.

When I started working at PwC I joined the Top School recruitment team as a recruiter. As a recruiter I informed students and others that were interested in a position within PwC. The Top School recruitment team was focused on university students.

I gave lectures for master students following the course Audit Theory at the Vrije Universiteit.

Together with Danny Mekic' (director) I was responsible for all of Domeinbalie.nl (previously Interlize.NET) operations.

As a supervisor I was responsible for the completion, quality and monitoring of several national and international researchprojects. I was responsible for a group of 25-80 interviewers.
