On top of the HR Representative role described below (Third-Party Management/Benefits/Onboarding/Internships/Policies & Procedures). Currently in charge of Occupational Health involving tasks such as:- Coordinating the planning, development, implementation and monitoring of company-wide total well-being initiatives. Developing programs that create awareness, motivation and provides tools to employees to help them, adapt and maintain a healthy lifestyle.- Leading, developing and implementing health and well-being programs- Conducting benchmarking of current market actions regarding well-being initiatives and activities. Exploring and identifying ideas and opportunities to personalize the programs in order to improve employee experience.Other Projects:- Home office Law: Leading and analyzing the implementation of the home office law in partnership with the future of work team.- Regional Rewards & Recognition Program: Rethinking and relaunching our Recognition ROPU Program (South America) as part of the Regional Team.

- Third-Party Management: Leading the partnership with the third-parties. - Benefits: Ensuring the implementation of a package of benefits according to the market, in line with regional / global policies and complying with local regulations.- Onboarding: Leading and coordinating the onboarding process.- Medical Service: Leading and coordinating the Medical Service.- Internships: Leading and coordinating two Internships. Programs (German Chamber and Summer Internship). Responsible for the development of the interns and providing tutoring for each of them.- Policies and Procedures: Defining and implementing local HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with current regulations and corporate requirements. Other Projects:- Regional Benefits Project: I was part of the HR regional HR Team who rethink the benefits for the whole ROPU (South America).

Managing the compliance with current labor regulations and providing internal labor counseling by:- Labor Contingencies: Identifying labor contingencies within company, related to the development of the business, determining possible scenarios of labor conflict, evaluating impact and recommending alternative courses of action.- Third Parties: auditing and assessing risk management in partnership with Legal and Procurement departments.- Court Cases: Conducting follow-up of ongoing court cases by working in partnership with law firms.Other Projects:- Regional Onboarding Project: I was part of the HR Regional Team in charge of rethinking the onboarding process for the whole ROPU (South America).
