•Handling functional queries on Amadeus relating to reservation, ticketing, PNR's, Airlines capping etc via phone, email or other media. •Provide assistance with issuing tickets, refunds and exchanges. •Assist finding fares, routes and solve other ticketing related errors. •Log all cases and assure correct and comprehensive data to allow for report analysis •Advise and consult customers how to use Amadeus products, provide guidance on product usage. •Quickly understand customer needs and deliver.

•Make reservation of both domestic and international ticketing using Amadeus, online reservation system and other various portals.•Handle client on email, phone or face to face and helping them for getting first hand information.•Checking BSP and Clearing IATA payment on IATA Date•Maintain and file the records of clients like passports, tickets, itinerary etc for future reference.

•Reservations and routing for passengers at request.•Telephones customer or Ticket Agent to advise of changes with travel conveyance or to confirm reservation•Handle client on email, phone or face to face and help them for providing any travel information •Log all call after final sales for company references.
