-Writing scenarios (TC's) based on documents/requirements (UX design)-Creation of Bugs (We document software defects, using a bug tracking system and report defects to software developers in Azure DevOPs)-Testing system changes to prepare for implementation-Provide feedback and recommendations to developers regarding the use and functionality of the software-We carry out software compatibility tests with programs, hardware, operating systems or network environments- We document the test procedures (for each deployment, all the tests performed were documented in Azure DevOps with the build/date/operating system number)-Running automatic tests (for creating new users/adding devices/licenses)-Participate in meetings with the development team/colleagues

I joined the Mi-Pay team in May September 2018 as part of the testing team.The main responsibilities were:- full testing of a payment solution platform (Card / PayPal / DirectDebit / Amazon / ApplePay / Klarna), which consists of web services, APIs, databases and fraud / reporting- writing / revising test cases- production of test results at the end of each test stage: test documents, test output reports- attending requirements / impact assessment meetings as part of new implementations- building and deploying components- development of launch tasks / implementation tasks to be further handled by the operations teamTypes of tests:- system testing - in addition to front-end validation, the checks included validation at the database level / reporting level- integration testing - for certain customers, the payment solution has been integrated as part of the payment process. The testing team was responsible for configuring the components (website, web services, database), establishing the integration and validating that the integration works as expected based on the project requirements.- regression testing - as part of the main component changes- security testing - the testing team was responsible for automatic dynamic scanning of applications after each change.- IIS: configuration and implementation of websites / webservices- Automation testing using codedUI and integration into TFS builds- SoapUI for API testing- Studio Katalon - for front-end / API testing automation of regression suites- Databases: Microsoft SQL Server - basic SQL scripts / SQL profiler for root cause analysis /

- Analysis of errors in assembly lines;- Removing and preventing errors, solving problems in the shortest possible time;- Error prevention measures, initiation of corrective actions;- Supporting production by offering specialized technical support;- Responsible for following the quality objectives for series production;- Instructions on the production line, operator training.

- Reception of customers and cars;- Preparing the necessary documents for the vehicle to be repaired;- Identifying, ordering and selling auto parts and consumables;- Preparation of documents for invoicing services;- Maintaining and improving the relationship with customers;- Maintaining and improving a strict customer record (database).
