Perform regular network monitoring activities for Orange Spain Network– Work in an international environment, with customers and suppliers– Network surveillance, 1st level restoration and preventative maintenance advice people in the shift on technical issues– Work with the application for trouble ticket management– Responsible for creating Trouble Tickets and work orders for network and service functionality and to escalate within the department / group as well as to the Back Office units and 3rdParties.– Interpret / understand technical information and prepares technical documentation/procedures– Maintaining the service delivery level within the agreed SLAs– Monitoring, performing troubleshooting, fault acknowledgement and fault analysis of Telecom specific IP/PS/CS Nodes: SGSN, GGSN, SASN, MGW, HLR, MSC-Server, ROUTERS, SWITCHES– Multi-vendor capabilities (Ericsson, Huawei, Cisco, Redback, Juniper)– Minimize service impact in case of technical issues affecting customer's network, applying both reactive and preventive actions.– Solves standard problems based on the existing procedures
