CONTENT ACQUISTION MANAGERIn charge to manage the inserts/add-on projects for all Ringier’s productsKey responsibilities:Develop and implement the add-on projects strategy for all Ringier’s products;Develop the content strategy (business plan, P&L);Develop actions to build and secure strategic relationships with key suppliers;Supervise organized promotion, events and advertising for all add-ons;Identify and take leverage on arising market opportunities. Maintain constant awareness of the overall business context, identify and evaluate long and short term market trends.Plan and supervise the budget, take amending actions, if necessary;Identify, evaluate and take decision together with the General Manager of the company regarding new business opportunities;Identify new channels to increase the add-ons sales performance;Work in close relation with marketing, distribution and finance top management with high focus on achieving business objectives.Take on logistic and administrative responsibilities in direct imports from both Europe and Far East countries (finding products and suppliers, handling all transport and delivery procedures).

CONTENT MANAGER In charge to manage the add-on projects strategy for the company Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the assigned activities within the Marketing department of the company by setting and developing the add-ons strategy; Develop and implement the add-ons strategy for company products; Work closely with marketing department for implementing the marketing strategy; Coordinate the project team; Negotiate and expand the partnerships with suppliers; Plan and control the budget; Evaluate the overall business context, identify market trends; Identify, evaluate and take decision together with the board members regarding new business opportunities.

BRAND MANAGERIn charge to manage the marketing plans/programs for the assigned brands (Adevarul & Adevarul de Seara)Key Responsibilities:Propose and implement the business and marketing plans for the brands in my responsibility area;Track and analyze brand performance and trends in terms of profitability and customer satisfaction, in order to ensure the achievement of the company’s objectives.Supervise the Brand /product related marketing costs in order to ensure compliance with business and budget provisionsPlan, prepare and coordinate the promotion campaigns and other events for allocated brand, based on marketing plan and the allocated budgetCreate media briefs, supervise the activity of publicity agency on: creation, production and media plans;Analyze, evaluate and take decisions based on results versus the marketing objectives;Elaborate, implement and supervise the marketing programs for sales force, distribution channels and final consumer;Elaborate and implement the ATL and BTL promotion campaigns;Sustain the brand awareness by participating in book fairs, organizing POS materials, sustaining the company book stores.
