My background in formwork, RC frames, and shuttering carpentry has proven invaluable in leading teams of skilled workers and ensuring high standards of quality and safety.I hold a Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Construction Site Supervision, and have completed the SSSTS and IOSH Managing Safely course. I'm also IPAF 3a, 3b trained. My education at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David has further equipped me to navigate the challenges of the construction industry.Motivated by teamwork, quality workmanship, and continuous learning, I am always ready to tackle the next project.
