Register guests and assigns rooms. Accommodates special requests whenever possible. Assists in preregistration and blocking of rooms for reservations.Thoroughly understand and adheres to proper credit, check- cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures.Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel. Takes same day reservations and future reservations when necessary. Process guest check-outs and performing cashier related functions like posting charges to guest accounts. Follows procedures for issuing and closing safe deposit boxes used by guests. Uses proper telephone etiquette. Uses proper mail, package, and message handling procedures.

Conducting the Bell service activities such as luggage service upon guest's arrival and departure,luggage storage, message service fax delivery, parcel and mail hand-over, information service andother related tasks. Opening the door of the car for the guest in a professional manner at the mainentrance of the hotel and assisting to unload the luggage if any.

Assisting adults and children on and off amusements rides.

Helping people to buy equipment. Participating at fairs and expozitions.
