IT technician in charge with all the hardware: laptops, desktops, peripherals, specialized hardware , conferencing hardware, presenting hardware (projectors, screens , TVs, etc.). This includes configuring, maintaining it and disaster recovery.- Purchasing manager roles (decides what hardware needs to be bought and from what supplier) .Maintains all the contact with all be suppliers.- Purchase, maintain and deploy all software. As a licensing admin, in charge of purchasing and maintaining all existing specialized software, and keeping in contact with all the suppliers.- First line of contact for any Phasor issues and then, based on the nature of the issue, would escalate it to the appropriate department( corporate IT).- Mobility manager (purchase, configure, deploy all mobile phones /air cards in the company- also currently the one who approves/changes the mobility bills and plans) and all equipment purchase.- Admin access on the landlines console (to make any desired changes)- Phasor SharePoint admin (in charge of any changes and requests)- working closely with the SharePoint team for issues that are beyond access level.- Phasor website admin (in charge of any changes and requests)- Phasor FTP site admin.- Document control reviewer Mfiles WFMAC ( closely worked with the M-Files team, upon the deployment of M-files system in writing up the procedures for the Engineering Group, and reviewed/approved all the changes ).- Remote access to the server,etc.

Providing technical support (tier 1 and tier 2) to Ford of Europe and all its suppliers, all together 350.000 users in 10.000 locations.
