Worked as a contractor for several power and gas energy suppliers, in the romanian and european market. As Chief Technical Officer, I acted as Architect and Head Developer, along with leading the technical department, for the purpose of developing and maintaining one of the most complex software platforms covering the Business Energy Sector. Important part of my responsibility was structuring the department into teams, flows, tasks and procedures in order for the department to provide daily operations services and develop new software features. For this purpose together with the development team, I designed and implemented a patentable concept, which provides the developers and integrators with a SQL compatible tool, allowing them to develop new features without the need of knowing programming languages. This concept offers the end customers secure, bug free, non blocking pieces of software covering the frontend, backend, SQL storage & SQL programmable objects. For the core functionality, covering the core logic of any potential application, I implemented a patentable concept of tracemapping for the purpose of Robotic Process Automation, which solves any business logic challenges, using a self learning & configurable pattern used to decide actions, values, parameters and priorities, so that the software application using the same source code can provide any functionality covering any possible business requirements.In order to be able to mix old programming style with new concepts, I had to make use of the Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies within different teams or splited by projects.Projects implemented : Energy business flows using CRM, Websites & E-Commerce using CMS, energy business management using ERP, RPA and AI using tracemapping.Technologies : Full Stack Web Development, PHP, Ajax, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, MySQL, MS SQL.

Continue description...During the structuring phase, I organized the team from the tasks per person concept to persons per tasks, involving the need of splitting responsablities of the project managers, covering analysis and support duties into two different teams with same responsibility for a better overview and tracking management. Beside splitting positions, I emerged three extra teams needed in the technical flow for debugging, integration and technical documentation writting. As the main challenge for the software development project is the ability to continously integrate & deploy in a timely manner to the customers, I have developed and integrated the DevOps cycle by writting in-house tools in order to mix the integration, testing and deployment process with different third-party tools like Jenkins, Liquibase, tSQLt, Red-Gate Suite and DBForge.I personally have refactored applications, for the purpose of delivering new functionality with no coding necessary for API, RPA, AI and CRM & ERP functionality, forms and processes which proved to bring savings in development costs of up to 45x times. As a CTO & head developer, I lead, developed and patented together with my team of engineers (max 10) an integrated solar energy system. This system involves inverters, multiplexers & E-gates. I personally was involved in the embedded programming the Texas Instruments micro-controllers from the C2000 family used with the inverters & multiplexers. Beside that I also programmed the module of Netduino Plus 2 & Plus 3 Wifi, used for the communication between the inverters and the WEBUSapplication, using the RS232 protocol and IP. For the hardware part I designed the electronic circuits and PCB, that were implemented by my engineers in the PADS & Altium Design applications. - Network Security, responsible for the creation of the test planning and test cases used for verification and acceptance of the first of the kind VoIP/CaTV network project in the world. I developed software applications (C/C++ und Assembler) in order to simulate network attacks against Microprocessors used by the Embedded Motorola CM/MTA, CMTS Firewall and Password Hacking (hash).Specialized in programming with C/C++, cryptographie, brute-force attacks, responsible for the security of the a regional network belonging to Kabel VoIP Netzwerks (ish Kabel-NRW and Kabel-BW, cca. 6 mil. customers).- VoIP Integration, responsible for the configuration and test planning for the Router IP Cuda 12000 - Cable Modem Termination System (Linux) and Motorola Embedded Cablemodem (VxWorks) used in an IP Network based on the standards OSPF, LDAP, RTP, RTCP, NCS and DOCSIS.- Network Synchronization, responsible for the design and verification of the regional VoIP network using the atomic synchronization signals received over GPS sattelite clocks.Specialized in PDH and SDH synchronization.
