I was appointed by the new company majority shares holder as special administrator of Comcereal Vaslui SA, a company who entered in insolvency on 21 of February 2019.The company it is involve in agriculture business, working under lease contracts 17,000 ha in Vaslui, having storage capacity 160,000 Mt, and more than 120 employees.From that date under the supervision of a consortium formed by two Judicial Administrators , I was responsible and I manged the day to day company activity.The aim it is to reorganize the company, continue the activity and successfully exit from insolvency.

Responsible for all Group activity in eastern Europe.Due diligence process conducted new clients, from accounting, operational and logistic perspectives.Checking the group business partners' activities, cheeking the stocks pledged where it is the case.Conducting the recovery process where it is the case..Maintaining business relations and contact with surveyors, Collateral Managers Agencies, Stock Monitoring Agencies, Freight Forwarders, brokers, and usually all the parts involved in trade activity. Participate to events related to trade activity in the eastern.I was Relationship Manager for two years responsible for bringing new clients to the company.Last two years I was Collateral Manager – Risk Department.
