I was able to make the transition with my team, of all the projects fromUS to Romania.We have made all the standard operating procedures for the entiremaster data process flow. All these steps were made in 3 months (US Denver Colorado). Short description of my daily activities:- end to end process for material creation projects;- types of materials I create and maintain in SAP: RAW materials (beerliquid, flavors, chemicals, hoops, barley), Recipes and Resources,PACKAGING materials (cans, bottles, cartons, carriers, labels, trays),SERVICE materials (services that we provide to our customers), SKUs (the finished product - the case of beer or cider, or the promotion of thatproduct);- Support and maintenance: material creation, material extensions toplants and warehouses, maintaining values at global level but also atplat level (MRP values, activating materials after the costing is complete,inactivating materials), BOM creation and maintenance (create the BOM,add the components on the recipes, create Production Version andOperation Phases, BOM changes via Engineering Change Number orDiscontinuation).Also, I have created and maintained spare parts materials for the US andCanada plants.- Business as usual: creating SAP Materials based on assigned projectsand constantly collaborating with the Project Managers in order todeliver high quality, handling material master data changes, BOMchanges, recipe changes, material status changes but also continuouslytrying to find new ways for process improvement.In order to improve myself and be able to reach a senior’s level I gotinvolved with extra projects:- IRW closure - I've created new export MSKUs if needed based on theproject rules regarding the pallet type. I was in charge of each meetingheld for this project.- AOP process- I've made many changes in BOM structures based on thedata entry received from the business. I've used Win shuttle scripts forthese multiple changes.

- This mission is applied for both project and serial life of the car. For allthe projects that are developed by Renault Technology of Romania andfor all the projects from France.Detailed missions:-Creating and managing reference parts and materials that compete inthe manufacture of the vehicle / mechanical parts;-Creating and managing generic parts and nomenclatures for managedvehicles; O Creating damage to the manufacture and use of parts;-Creating and managing constructive variants, mastering the use ofMTCs to express the diversity of vehicles in both ET (study) and BE (serialproduction);-Creating and managing assembled POE / POIs, creating composite partsmanufacturing, for their perimeter or responsibility;-Creating and managing evolving files (formalisation of documentationas a product of Engineering); Understanding the choice of: the categoryof the case, its origin, its links with other files;-Creating and calculating QCDPR assembly graph; Updating andarchiving on the server; O Know plane reading and translate data intoSIGNE;-Knowledge of output interpretation given in their own evolution files;-Information to the trades on the evolution of the used applications(SIGNE, GDG, TCS, LUP)OBLIGATIONS ON SAFETY AND WORKING CONDITIONS:- To acquire and follow the health, safety and environmentalinstructions;- To use correctly the work equipment, the personal protectiveequipment and the security/ safety means specific to the job;- Communicate immediately any work situation considered as a danger,as well as any deficiency of the protection systems.ACTIVITY PERIOD:Assembled paintwork body;The mission is exercised both for the project phase and the vehicle's lifecycle; For all projects that develop within RTR and those delegated bythe TCR.

- Knowledges about Procurement - Technical Procurement Department- display MR / display PR / display WO / display DO / Service Entry.-Analyzing of the discrepancies appeared due to malfunction of theinterfaces (SAP-AMOS) and fixing the errors;-Cleaning the material database;-Assistance accorded to the sites (over 40 vessels) based on the Saipemprocedures;-Material Master (MM) analyzing - spare part and equipment codificationaccording to SAIPEM classifications;-Establishing management parameters for materials and equipments;-Setting links between the spare parts and the equipments where theyare used.-Maintaining the Material and EquipmentDatabase of SAIPEM in SAPassuring the integrity of the database-Establishing management parameters for materials and equipments-Setting links between the spare parts and the equipments where theyare used-Analysing the problems appeared on the interface between SAP andthe peripheral programs (AMOS and SIPS - used offshore).-Assistance accorded to the sites (almost 40 vessels – offshore andalmost 30 - onshore) based on the SAIPEM procedures-Roll-outs (vessels and yards) for transferring data from old system intoSAP (analyzing the database from the old system and setting the dataaccording to the classification and Saipem database format)– vessels Castorone, ERSK, FDS, FPSO VITORIA, - creating in SAP the newmaterial codes from Roll-out files by elaborating and processing codingrequests.-All changes/ modifications relating material codes according to Saipemcriteria-Analyzing and solving the requests of the sites, urgent changes requiredby storekeepers;-Accounting activities-referring to the movements of store/warehouse,inventory of the materials/ monthly reports regarding stocks fordifferent sites.-Technical support regarding the data managementof the materialcodes and machine codes for every site/ plant/ vessel-Inventory Analyst – physical inventory
