In 2011 SC Electrica Furnizare SA resulted from the merger of 3 local electricity suppliers becoming the most important electricity supplier on the Romanian market (3,500,000 customers).A post-merger integration project was started in order manage the new business effectively.I have reorganized and coordinated all IT & Telecom activities as a result of the merger by defining and implementing the IT & Telecom integration strategy management programme covering infrastructure, applications, people and suppliers relationship management.
