In KBC Group I was part of two companies: KBC Consumer Finance and KBC Lease, also known as Romstal Leasing.In KBC Consumer Finance I created Loan Shop Channel, a retail Channel - finding and negotiating new locations, hiring new sales representatives and implement company's strategies. Another part of my job there was to train direct sales agents and Broker Sales Channel. After finishing trainings, I was Direct Sales Manager for Bucharest and Targoviste teams.In KBC Lease I was Remarketing Manager and Car Fleet Manager. I had to create whole department of Remarketing, starting from an excel file, and a few hundred repossessed assets!After a couple of months we had a complete department, with new processes, with over 1 million euros sales monthly and a few dealers. I also optimized selling prices according to market and obtained over 10% profit from the recommended sales price.Regarding the Car Fleet, we had almost 70 cars managed and we didn't had any problems.

First two years in Connex I was a member of Customer Operations. Providing informations for Major Accounts and Data clients, also member of MA&ISP Testing Group where I was testing handsets and informed others about them.Next two years I was a Sales Agent in Connex-Vodafone retail store.My job was to sale the company's services to major clients, especially data services. I was Backup Manager and also in top 3 for 3G and BlackBerry sales at the time.After learning about retail B2C sales, I decided to move further to Direct Sales Department. For almost two year I was in charge to protect and grow the allocated major account clients (approx 200.000 €/month). I managed to grow the profitability of own database with approx 40% by understand customer needs and provide the best telecom solutions.

Two guys in a car, with a huge project! That was my first day at Menard. In a couple of months, we had more than 40 employees, special equipment and machinery for construction of Cora Hypermarket, Pantelimon.My role was to translate for the French part, to coordinate the team and the construction site.

I had two roles in Urban Planning Department.First was to have seminars with students in several departments, in Romanian and English (for foreign students) and the second was to act as a urban planner an create Urban Development Projects for Town Halls across Romania.

I was working with Lyon Town Hall in Urban Planning Department in order to create presentations and projects for rehabilitation of small towns around Lyon. My personal project was to create a catalogue with 20 public squares. The catalogue was presented to other Mayors as an example of city's rehabilitation.
