I’m an Operations, Logistics, Security, Hospitality, and Transportation expert focused on moving organizations to be more efficient and modern. At Sierra Mountain Express and Pacific Auto Transport I helped develop and implement electronic delivery systems which eliminated the need for the use of paper in delivery operations, increasing efficiency and decreasing payable damage claims. With West Coast Event Productions I developed a business analysis tool. At my last position, I oversaw the launch and operation of new hotels under the OYO brand within the northwest region of the US, as well as created tools to assist NW Leadership Staff with KPI tracking and assessment. At Roomza, I oversee the safety & security of our hotels, but also involved in changing the hospitality industry to be more equitable to those who work in it. Doing this by leveraging new technology and business practices which are better for everyone; the guest, the employee, and the environment.
