I’m an Operations, Logistics, Security, Hospitality, and Transportation expert focused on moving organizations to be more efficient and modern. At Sierra Mountain Express and Pacific Auto Transport I helped develop and implement electronic delivery systems which eliminated the need for the use of paper in delivery operations, increasing efficiency and decreasing payable damage claims. With West Coast Event Productions I developed a business analysis tool. At my last position, I oversaw the launch and operation of new hotels under the OYO brand within the northwest region of the US, as well as created tools to assist NW Leadership Staff with KPI tracking and assessment.
