    Plan the activities;Keep track on the activities;Interact with the stakeholders;Evaluate the activities.I managed 3 projects: a one-week training program from companies for IT students before the recruitment period, an induction project for the newly elected members of AIESEC Cluj-Napoca and a national conference for electing the new management team of AIESEC Romania for 144 people. In the one week trainings program, I managed a team of 3 and we managed to have 40 people (on average)/session, about 60% applied in AIESEC after the project and we had trainers from Romania and one from the Netherlands.In the induction team, I had to familiarize 9 people with the organization they just joined, I had a retention rate of 100% after 6 months, 6 of them ran for and were elected as Team Leaders after 6 months, and 1 was elected Vice President after 1 year.As for the conference, I worked remotely with a team of 8 (I was in Bucharest and they were in Arad - 600km away) and we managed to organize the conference, have 144 people from 15 cities (more than our target - 90), we organized the elections by the rules and made it possible to follow for the other members back home in HD live stream.
