Current- Coordination of the IT, Technical and Loss Control departments (cost control - renegotiation of all contracts with company’s suppliers, design and implement the data migration to the Cloud)- Coordinating the administrative and logistics activities- Managing the car fleet of the company comprising in distribution and commercial vehicles (repairs, maintenance, insurances, documentation requested by local regulations and authorities, budgeting & cost control: significant decrease of distribution costs by optimizing transportation routes and by using dedicated software, thorough analyses of the employees driving behaviour);
