The project was to upgrade its technology infrastructure based on microservices ensuring better customer onboarding experience, system performance, efficiency, security, and overall satisfaction. Team was responsible for ESB analysis and domain driven API design for clients. Team was responsible for the design and development based on compliance behavioral analytics (CBA) on derivatives (Options & Futures) influenced by the underlying securities such as stocks, bonds, commodities, and market indexes. Key Contributions: • Prepared an Agile Transformation roadmap for the entire department. • Established Agile best practice across the department through successful pilot project and change management strategy. • Custom designed an agile framework from sketch, that works for Citi Bank. • Provided role-specific agile training to create inside capabilities. • Signed-off 9 projects successfully within that service period.
