La Agencia de Gestión Agraria y Pesquera de Andalucia depende de la Consejería de Agricultura, Ganadería, Pesca y Desarrollo Sostenible de la Junta de Andalucía, está formada por 2.650 empleados y tiene un presupuesto directo anual de más de 135M€. Su principal función es ejecutar sobre el terreno las políticas que desarrolla la propia Consejería y tiene competencias propias como la gestión de las 60 Oficinas Comarcales Agrarias, 18 laboratorios agroalimentarios y Agroganaderos, la inspeccción y control de la producción agrícola, ganadera y pesquera en Andalucía, el apoyo a la gestión de ayudas, la promoción de los productos agroalimentarios andaluces o la transferencia de la innovación al sector, entre otras tareas. Actualmente estamos llevando a cabo planes de modernización tanto de las Oficinas Comarcales Agrarias como de los laboratorios para conseguir una Transformación Digital de ambas, consiguiendo por tanto una digitalización de la misma y unos renovados procedimientos que agilizarán y modernizarán la relación de la administración con sus usuarios.
