Professional with project management experience about 20 years in the telecommunications and food & beverage sectors. Deploy requirements and initiatives using PMI methodology and agile frameworks in different business areas, such as, CORE infrastructure, radio access and transmission network, virtual operators (MVNOs), value added services (VAS), physical infrastructure in data centers, demand planning, supply chain, billing, digital tax receipt (CFD), vertical and horizontal channel sales.In the last 2 years, I was dabbled in projects related with enterprise, agile, digital and cultural transformation. I was learning topics like agility, team topologies, redarquias, beta codex, SAFe which it helped me to implement a new agile team, as well as, new multidisciplinary teams oriented to value generation of product for internal and external customers.In the project management, I have worked in the communications sector working with customers like Telcel, Movistar Mexico, AT&T (formerly Iusacell), Telefonica Ecuador, Claro LATAM, among others; taking care of the fulfillment of the deliverables in each phase, reporting the evolution to the managers, monitoring the resources assigned to the project and monitoring the financial status of the project.In the food sector, when I was in Nestlé, I participated in the management and follow-up of projects related to the implementation of the CFD (Comprobante Fiscal Digital) in the Nestlé Group Mexico, as well as, the CFD interchange with customer addenda and monitoring of ack’s reception. Analysis and identification of root causes of rejection of CFDs with the purpose of making adjustments and optimize the processes of generation and sent. Participate in the implementation of Materials Management (MM), Commercial (SD) and Direct Delivery (DD) modules of the SAP, as well as, systems and platforms to support sales force for the traditional channel and DD.
