Professional with project management experience about 20 years in the telecommunications and food & beverage sectors. Deploy requirements and initiatives using PMI methodology and agile frameworks in different business areas, such as, CORE infrastructure, radio access and transmission network, virtual operators (MVNOs), value added services (VAS), physical infrastructure in data centers, demand planning, supply chain, billing, digital tax receipt (CFD), vertical and horizontal channel sales.In the last 2 years, I was dabbled in projects related with enterprise, agile, digital and cultural transformation. Analysis and identification of root causes of rejection of CFDs with the purpose of making adjustments and optimize the processes of generation and sent. Participate in the implementation of Materials Management (MM), Commercial (SD) and Direct Delivery (DD) modules of the SAP, as well as, systems and platforms to support sales force for the traditional channel and DD.
