Take active role in the planning and scheduling phase of refinery turnaround projects.Ensuring timely turnaround of project documentation - transmittals, RFIs, submittals.Lead the preparation of turnover packages resulting in timely submission of quality documentation.Prepare and submit change documents (change order requests, change orders) to recover cost to company.Prepare take-offs and order materials according to project specifications.Establish and maintain project quantity tracking system.Track progress, submit required updates to P6 scheduler.

Provide support and training to clients of the company utilizing various IT tools. Lead document control team in the process of discovering engineering documents for a client on site (Warranty Recovery Project, Jubail Water and Power in Saudi Arabia).
