Created inventory management tool allowing Target to in-source shopping bag fulfillment process. Led team to implement the new supply chain for shopping bags resulting in $6MM annual savings. Analyzed financials for vendor negotiations, contributing to team’s $125MM cost savings.

Developed 15 year strategic plan for a $1B public health organization focused on the tobacco control market. Recommendation was ultimately shared with the international health community through the World Health Organization.
