The discovery of my Ikigai (the reason to jump out of bed everyday) many years back, has not only lead me to excel in my 39 years old manufacturing business, but helped me work on many more things that i am passionate about. Three of such things are TLC - the Teaching Learning Community, Contigo Consultants and Green Belly Club hobby farming. My three core values of continuous learning (by reading, studying, teaching, doing, travelling), knowing by doing (walk the talk) and helping others to succeed, have dovetailed well with my Ikigai. The result is a thriving and growing community of 1000 entrepreneurs across Maharashtra called the Teaching Learning Community who help each other, free of cost to grow and succeed. Here, entrepreneurs learn and practise six levers of business; servant leadership style to uncover human possibilities (not just HR), design and execute killer strategies, sharpen selling skills and learn to develop customer gravity generators, world class practices like lean and become better in financial understanding and discipline.
