As founding innovation leader, the first task was to build a team of seasoned learner-centered staff. Together we created an ambitious media-rich communication platform to suit the schools' high expectations. Along the way, we worked with adult learners to ensure they were supported in every way when taking risks with new technologies and methodologies. I also spearheaded the creation of international partnerships throughout the US, the EU and MENA regions.
