I am the founding partner at Jordan Consulting Group, a consulting, training, and coaching practice with a primary focus to provide ReFocus workshops that assist clients to "step back" and reassess their business. Additionally, we assist clients to plan, train, and respond to critical incidents. I was the founder of Vantage Point Consulting (VPC) and, after selling VPC to three of my employees, I served as the Branch Director for Business Continuity, Continuity of Operations/Government, and Cyber Security engagements. At Medxcel, my role was Lead Safety, Emergency Management and Environment of Care Officer. I was responsible for the St. Vincent Indianapolis Hospital and Health campus, a Level I Trauma Center.I was also the co-founder, partner and President of Lighthouse Readiness Group (LRG). I led LRG's venture into homeland security and emergency preparedness. My team and I also developed the healthcare emergency preparedness line of business which led to the creation of the Indiana Hospital Preparedness Training Center.I am a Certified Emergency Disaster Professional (CEDP) focused on working with Government, as well as large and small business to train, evaluate and prepare for any/all types of disasters, and emergencies including Cyber. I am also certified as a Basic Disaster Life Support (BDLS) and, Advanced Disaster Life Support (ADLS) ProfessionalI am a Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP) and, Certified Healthcare Emergency Coordinator (CHEC) whose focus is on assisting hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, rural health clinics, home health and hospice, and skilled nursing facilities prepare for all hazards "worst case" scenarios through planning, training, education and exercises. I am also a certifed Crisis+Emergency Risk Communications (CERC) insructor, assisiting clients in times of crisis with internal and exteral communications.I am an Air Force Veteran whose business, management and leadership abilities are the result of over forty years experience providing professional engineering and consultingservices to the Fortune 150 insurance, banking and manufacturing industries, the Department of Defense, federal, state, and local government, as well as the healthcare industry. I was proud to serve on the Executive Leadership Board of the American Lung Association of Indiana and believe strongly in their mission to improve lung health and reduce lung cancer. I also served on the Leadership Council of the National Small Business Association and work to promote the efforts of all small business owners.
