During this time I started my own company, I intended to provide and share my knowledge and experience with partners and customers. We developed a practice to provide administered services for SAP customers. We delivered SAP Basis administration services on site or remote according to the need of different small, medium and big customers. We developed our own team growing to 15 people in our max capacity. I played the lead role for the whole group and developed organizational and knowledge sharing internal policies, also I developed relationships with customers and consequently generated business's profit and stability.

Full Implementation project, providing installation, configuration and support services for all the environments under AIX/DB2 platform. We performed a second wave for ERP functionality and the full implementation project for SAP SCM (APO) providing installation, configuration and support services for all the environments under AIX/DB2 platform.

I was hired to come as consultan an implementation for ACH Food. My activities included: ECC6.0, BW (BEx, BIA), EP Enterprise Portal (Java Stack), Solution Manager administration. Full implementation project for SAP ERP6.0 and BW providing installation, configuration and support services for all the environments under AIX/DB2 platform.

Responsibilities: Hosting TLO (Technical Landscape Owner) Basis Team Lead, supplying SAP Basis administration services for US and Mexico SAP Hosting customers, those services ware supplied for UNIX, Windows, Oracle and MSSQL paltforms. ECC, BW, EP Enterprise Portal (Java Stack), CRM, SCM and Solution Manager. Maintenance, administration and team lead activities for different landscapes of different Hosting customers around the globe.

I worked on multiple projects in both the government and consumer products sectors. At FIRA, a government institution on the banking area we did a full implementation of ERP 5.0 and Solution Manager over HP-UX/Oracle platform on a high availability hardware solution, for this project I was the technical team lead for the project and was in charge of all the technical tasks like installation, tuning, monitoring and for this particular project I also functioned as SAP security administrator and I did help the project coordinating teams for the design and implementation of the SAP end user roles in collaboration with a parallel project of SAP-HR implementation.

I performed ECC full implementation project and support for clients, a full implementation project for Embotelladoras ARCA, a Coca-Cola bottler, we did a full implementation of SAP R/3 4.6. I team lead for hardware infrastructure technology and SAP Basis administration, we installed including high availability systems (clustering), application tuning, training, security, system monitoring and production support. At CIMSA another Coca-Cola bottler we did a full implementation project, I also played a Technical lead role for hardware infrastructure technology and SAP Basis Administration,I installed including high availability systems (clustering) from Microsoft technologies, did application tuning, training, security, system monitoring and production support for a full implementation project for SAP R/3 4.7.

Responsible for a help desk team to provide onsite and on call SAP Basis support, for a virieti of customers in size and industry type.

I acted as a SR. Basis consultant for multiple industries. I have installed SAP ERP for a small and medium size customers for fast SAP R/3 implementations. Lead a small group of technical people to process different installations for those R/3 fast implementations. Also provided on demand SAP Basis consulting services. At customers like Grupo Elektra, I did SAP R/3 hardware infrastructure technology installation including high availability systems (clustering), application tuning, training courses and production support. At Fortacero, I performed SAP R/3 hardware infrastructure technology installation, application tuning, training and production support. At Cartones Sultana, I performed SAP R/3 hardware infrastructure technology installation, application tuning, and production support. At Univex (Grupo Alfa), I performed SAP R/3 hardware infrastructure technology installation. At Deloitte and Touche I performed SAP R/3 hardware infrastructure technology installation, application tuning, and production support. At Unefon, I performed SAP R/3 hardware infrastructure technology installation including high availability systems (clustering), application tuning, training and production support. At Autobuses Pullman, I performed SAP R/3 hardware infrastructure technology installation including high availability systems (clustering), application tuning, training and production support. At Aviacsa, I performed SAP R/3 hardware infrastructure technology installation, application tuning, training and production support.
