She has also served as a judge for the many of the industry’s most prestigious awards for future-forward talent and ideas, including Cannes Future Lions, Cannes Young Lions, and the Shorty Awards.As an out executive, Rachel mentors emerging and aspiring leaders. She is a regular guest speaker and lecturer who served as an adjunct professor in marketing at Brooklyn College.
