In this capacity I also served as technical advisor to internal sales account teams within AT&T. I was engaged to provide systems integration and sales engineering support for clients specializing in machine-to-machine (M2M) network connectivity. Relevant Responsibilities: • Successfully designed and implemented custom connectivity solutions for enterprise clients. • Solution designs incorporated connectivity between mobile endpoints on the radio access network and enterprise back-end systems behind the firewall. • Front-end, mobile-carrier network interfaces required the design and implementation of mobile subnets that can relay data back to the carrier network via the core consisting of the GGSN/SGSN network elements (i.e. private VRF solutions).• Back-end, client network interfaces received mobile data via various access mechanism including MPLS, Frame Relay, and IPSec

Worked as an outside consultant assigned to project manage a very large and complex systems convergence initiative for Verizon Wireless, a leading wireless communications company offering nationwide digital and analog cellular services.Relevant Responsibilities:• Successfully planned and executed the integration of 450,000 mobile customers from an affiliate network entity to the client’s legacy billing system. • Worked with management, end-users, vendors, and IT staff to define both the business and technical requirements for system convergence.• Developed a full-cycle systems convergence project plan per the SDLC methodology (Research, Analysis, Design, Code/Unit Test, System Test, Conversion, & Post-Conversion validation).• Provided day-to-day project management to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.• Conducted weekly status meetings to discuss and resolve outstanding project issues. • Worked with the IT staff to develop testing strategies, implementation/contingency planning, and troubleshooting split revenue stream issues pertinent to message processing and commissions.

Worked as a Billing Analyst with project management responsibilities for systems integration and enhancement, process improvements, and the development of new business channels via the creation and implementation of affiliate PCS markets. This immediately resulted in the addition of up to 280K new customers representing a 15% increase of net subscriber market share (as measured in 1999). • Successfully planned, developed, and project managed a billing system conversion which integrated 30,000 new wireless customers into the company's billing system resulting in a potential $1.25M increase in revenues.• Project managed the logistics for implementing a national digital wireless product launch which effectively increased the company's network footprint by approximately 250,000 customers.• Performed a market analysis to determine how to expand an affiliate's network coverage areas to include more profitable markets. Resulted in the creation of a strategic plan for the development of 12 new PCS markets representing an addition of up to 1.5 million new customers by 2003.• Introduced and implemented the Enhanced Directory Assistance (EDA) product to the affiliate company, thus providing an additional revenue source, and allowing the company to offer an enhanced service product offering yielding greater customer satisfaction and convenience.
