CIC Consulting Group makes Association documents simple. We work with buyers, sellers, and brokers of common interest properties and help produce, acquire, and interpret resale document packages. We work with condominium resale certificates, public offering statements, and non-condominium homeowner association documents.

As an independent third party consultant, I work directly with HOA Boards and their professional teams to plan for and acquire HOA loans, assist with project management of large repair projects, and consult on special projects.

Multifamily & Residential Specialist

Established the HOA rehabilitative construction lending program which was responsible for the majority of the firm's income through the first two years of business. Worked closely with the HOA Board and their team throughout the planning stages and then utilized our network of lenders to find the best funding source for the project.

Developed the HOA loan program and doubled the HOA loan portfolio in less than a year. Worked with Community Management companies to build deposit relationships and individual HOAs to establish deposit accounts. Worked with Associations to guide them through the loan approval process and loan closing process.

Developed the HOA deposit program including a Reserve Investment Plan to help Association's maximize the potential earnings on their deposits. Grew the bank's deposit base by a little over 10% in one year by acquiring HOA client deposits.

Started in sales and project management in Seattle, relocated to Portland to grow and manage the division. Developed relationships with industry partners and clients for investigations, litigation support services, design services, construction and project management, and other building maintenance and diagnostic services. Oversaw construction of new, 76 unit condominium project as well as early development of several apartment to condominium conversion projects.
