As a senior recruiter my job is to place technical professionals with our clients across three disciplines: Applications, Infrastructure and Telecommunications.- Responsible for sourcing strategy and recruitment of technical professionals through internal database, LinkedIn, and referrals.- Support targeted technology skill sets such as C#.NET, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, WPF, Java, J2EE, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, Web Services, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Business Intelligence, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, Systems Administration, Technical Support. - Conduct telephone and personal interviews, scan and evaluate resumes, evaluate candidates and propose most qualified technical professional.- Maintain contractor relationships through business lunches, paycheck delivery, and out of office activities.- Mentor and train newly hired recruiters.- Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through a variety of recruiting tools and sourcing strategies.- Measure each applicant’s strengths compared with clients’ requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing the applicant via telephone screening and face-to-face evaluation.- Complete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and technical assessments.- Partner with internal account managers and external client managers to fully understand the position prerequisites in order fulfill the employment requirements.- Maintain consistent employment feedback and conduct monthly employee reviews.
