Screened in bound calls from patients, doctors offices, pharmacies, government agencies, hospitals, and other third party providers to determine the callers objective and route them to the appropriate party. Created telephone logs to record all transactions using ECW (proprietary software in the medical industry) application software to enable tracking of workflow.

Used a computerized dispatch system, I went to the point of pick up, helped load the passenger, (and their luggage if they had any), and drove them to their destination. Territory included Tri State region. Responsible for safe operation of vehicle, and basic maintenance.
