The system employed machine-learning based problem cause analysis and prediction techniques, was based around extended OSS/J specifications and integrated with JES and N1/SPS products for seamless telemetry collection and dynamic resource provisioning.Ruslan is listed as the first inventor on US Patent application related to problem cause analysis method.

BlueJungle, Inc. – www.bluejungle.com was a startup software company attempting to develop a non-intrusive, comprehensive IP compliance software for companiesJoined at day 0, defined 1.0 architecture, contributed to product definition and requirements, and critical technology prototypes involving web services, java and xml, hibernate ORM technology, Active Directory/LDAP, Kerberos, CIFS as well as windows desktop and OS kernel.

Served as an architect and led a team of senior engineers that designed and prototyped critical elements of Siebel portal web UI runtime and worked with product marketing on defining requirements, feature set and launch plans.Helped with design, implementation and successful delivery to customers of Siebel 7.7 UI framework, contributing significant amount of code to both server and client side components.Worked with Siebel technology partners - IBM and BEA to assure that Siebel products could be successfully built with emerging technologies – JSF on top of portal servers.Ruslan was recipient of CEO award for outstanding performance.
