Success in my new role will mean that all of LinkedIn's Recruiters have the tools, awareness and enablement required to meet the goals set forth by the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team. As well, LinkedIn's Recruiting Managers will have the insights needed to make real-time decisions to proactively pivot and meet the business needs of the Orgs we support.

My goal is to normalize the way LinkedIn makes students feel like they belong; starting even before students apply, nurturing through to when they attend new hire orientation, and continuing until they celebrate their 5-10-15 year anniversaries. At scale, I manage various programs and projects, in parallel, which involve (up to) VP level clients and span across our Engineering, Business and Talent organizations. Developing timelines, managing budgets, establishing ROI and leveraging personalities, skills, and behaviors of others is what keeps me engaged and invested in everything I do.
