I work with design and engineering to bring feature and product updates to fruition. I queue these updates up by working with our sales and customer success teams to stay in touch with leads and current customers to better understand their needs and day to day workflows. I then take those conversations in mind to maintain our product roadmap to address these needs and keep on top of industry trends.We also work in a highly regulated space (telecommunications), so I also am constantly reading and following any new developments in the law, regulations, and the technology so that we are not caught of guard and having to play catchup.I also write and maintain our support center and API documentation repositories.
