Worked at Infor Software Sweden AB as SW Engineer Platform Sr. I started working at Infor (or Intentia R&D as it was called then) after finishing my DI 120p education at Linköping University back in 1999. I was hired as software developer at a start but my interest grew regarding system architect/engineering side of software development. Within Infor I have been responsible for the control, planning and operation of different computer environments platforms that the developers for the ERP software have needed for to do there work regarding development, testing and delivery. During the last 3 years I was working at Infor I also had the responsibility for 3 level support and contact regarding this to the end customers in the installation of M3 ERP area. My responsibilities where to receive, validate and plan for correcting or developing the corrections, enhancements or changes that customers reported in as needed. I have also been involved in planning and setting up the OFF sure workers environment at Infor, this was mainly done on VMWare servers and using CITRIX environment on top between Linköping (Sweden), Bangalore (India) and Manila on the Philippines.

I am responsible for ´third level support on our management/installation console for the M3 products. I am also platform speicialist for the technical platform where M3 is installed and changes for the future technics to be used.

Worked with developing of an WebShop and the M3 ERP system used by customers around the globe. Also a lot of platform work regarding installing and configuring the ERP software at customer site

Delivering food supplies to restaurants in the area of Linköping. Manly job done during my university studies to earn extra money and gain working experience.
