Define, implement and maintain HW, Telecom and Security infrastructure necessary to run the “4.0 factory“, the first Metal 3D Printing platform in Morocco.Implement, run and maintain the key solutions of the factory: ERP, MES, Production Management, Digital Display System for a real time monitoring of the production and environment data (sensors, SCADA system and interface with MES), Digital Collaborative Platform (facilitating the communication between the customers, factory engineers and subcontractors).

Lead the business analysis, project owner assistance and end-to-end development of new solutions for my customers.Main projects:- Thomas Cook Airlines UK: Conception and Development of a solution to automate the pre-booking/matching of Tour Operator name lists in the airline’s reservation system.- Arkefly (TUI Travel PLC/Netherland): PSS implementation on an existing Newskies Partition (hosted by a Sister airline within the TUI Group).- TUIfly (TUI Travel PLC/Germany): Lead all system testings during my client’s PSS upgrade project.- Thomson Airways (TUI Travel PLC/UK): Lead the business analysis and project owner assistance to develop solution to pre-book/match Tour Operator name lists in the airline’s reservation system.- Assisting my client in his IT transition from Jet4you to Jetairfly Maroc. (Managing projects around the booking system : Adapting, configuring the former systems ("Newskies" and in-house developed applications) and finding solutions to comply with/build the new business needs while keeping the pre-transition processes and functionalities operational...).

IT Inventory Director managing 3 teams : IT support, Inventory System and Business Intelligence & HR systems team. - IT support team: Hardware, Software, Development, Telecommunication ... needs of the company.- Inventory system team: Taking care of the booking system (Newskies) of the company and all its components (Web site, distribution channels, ...) - BI & HR team: conception and dev of the company's in-house DWH. Administration & Dev of HR Access system. - IT project management, Exploring new solutions to improve the company sales and revenues. - IT budget elaboration and follow up, Cost optimization, Reporting and dashboards

My Mission at ONDA consisted in system, network and security administration (Windows, Linux, Antivirus, ...) for all the IT infrastructure (MedV and 6 other airports). I also was project manager of important implementation projects (Firewall, Exchange, TSM, ...) and managing a team of 6 technicians.
