I'm a 10-year Medical Cannabis patient with extensive knowledge of various Cannabis products. Including flower, edibles, concentrate, and various therapeutics, as well as various Cannabis related devices and accessories. As a medical patient I can empathize with potential consumers and help steer them towards a product that best suits their needs. I believe educating people about Cannabis is vital to proper usage, both medicinally and recreationally, and serves to further destigmatize Cannabis in general. My educational background is primarily focused on computer networking and security. I have a 10-year history of working in the IT field in a professional capacity, and 5 years before that, freelance. I am always actively seeking to improve and expand my skillsets and advance in my career path, whatever that may be at the time. I pride myself on my excellent communication skills and ability to take in complex technical information and effectively disseminate it to lay-persons. Customer service has been at the forefront of my career from day one, as I believe no matter how good a job you do, if you're rude or lacking good CS skills then it doesn't matter. The customers experience is everything, and that starts with me.
