Development executive for American Dream, a $5 billion retail and entertainment center with over 3 million square feet, including 450 retail, food and specialty shops, a fully enclosed theme park, water park, indoor ski snowdome, aquarium, 300 feet observation wheel, 1400 seat auditorium, and NHL-size skating ring, movie theaters. Directed and managed the development and construction of key entertainment attractions, negotiated and maintained relationships with operating partners, sponsors, and tenants, and sourced new partners for hotel and office components.

Provided strategic planning, capital sourcing, development management, and asset management services to real estate owners, developers, institutional funds and private investors in the US and Latin America. Successfully managed the development of large scale projects of various asset types including multifamily, retail, office, hotel and mixed-use, creating exceptional value and maximizing investment returns. Headed all aspects of development including master planning, entitlements, financing, leasing, sponsorship, design and construction. Directed special projects, negotiated with tenants, and coordinated contractors and operators. Maintained relationships and reporting with investors.

Directed the development and construction of large-scale office and mixed-use projects in the US, Argentina, and Brazil. Conducted due diligence, feasibility analysis, and formulation of financial proformas. Managed the selection and coordination of design and construction teams.
