I have the privilege of working with teams that address problems of poverty and homelessness in innovative and sustainable ways. I have a passion to spark and implement innovation and entrepreneurship in for profit and nonprofit sectors. I am excited to also focus on sustainability in business, renewable energy solutions, business and leadership development, business as mission, and instructional development and teaching. It is a passion of mine to help social entrepreneurs identify opportunities and start businesses that target sustainability and provide for social needs. In addition to the great team at Water Street Mission, am fortunate to be a faculty member at Cairn University and Lancaster Bible College. I chair the Graduate Business Department, and design and teach courses in Organizational Leadership, Business Strategy, Bible & Theology; Integration of Business, Leadership and Mission; Sales and Sales Management; Servant-based Selling; and Volunteerism.
