Supervisor of the ASV/EIM/ODH unit of Deposit Operations. This unit is responsible for the processing of exception items (NSF, non-post processing, and stop payment enforcement), the identification and return of altered or fictitious checks, the processing of all return deposited items (both deposited checks and originated ACH debits), the identification and mitigation of risk for customers with Overdraft Honors, and the completion of many customer initiated requests.> Lead and develop an effective and cohesive team> Manage the performance of direct reports through coaching and disciplinary action> Keep current with new or changing regulations or technology, provide the necessary training to staff, and update the appropriate procedure(s)
