Rail Baltica - greenfield rail transport infrastructure project (Financed by EU (CEF), with a goal to integrate the Baltic States in the European rail network. The project includes five European Union countries – Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and indirectly also Finland. It will connect Helsinki, Tallinn, Pärnu, Riga, Panevežys, Kaunas, Vilnius, Warsaw.Main responsibilities in the project - to serve in a lead role regarding environmental issues including planning, analysis, conceptual vision and supervision of the design process of the Rail Baltica project in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia in order to ensure innovative solutions and environmental compliance with EU and Baltic states legal framework.

Calculations with CadnaA 4.2 and SoundPLAN 7.1 software’s. •Knowledge of Lithuanian environmental legislation.Wide experience in heat sector planning: preparation of environmental evaluation in special plans for 9 municipals in Lithuania, which are based on the optimal scenario and SEA screening preparation with emissions spread modelling.
