Group Sales Executive

-Initiate sales of group outings, picnics, and private corporate events for a range of clients including schools, local organizations and businesses, Little Leagues, religious groups, and Fortune 500 companies-Exceeded prior sales records for Target Nights such as Girl Scout Night, Health & Wellness Night, etc. (Girl Scout Night 1,000% increase; H&W Night 200% increase)-Manage game day set-up and preparation of all luxury hospitality areas -Motivate, direct, and lead seasonal sales staff on organizational initiatives and procedures -Lead the organization, coordination, and execution of all pre-game on-field activities, such as musical performances, for groups ranging in size from 10 to 300 -Provide immaculate customer service via timely communication (responses within minutes) and positive/outgoing demeanor in all communications in-person, on phone, and virtually -Work hand-in-hand with fellow staff to surpass department and organization monthly goals
