Areas of expertise include SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure applications, and integration services.Achievements: - Built a Modern Workplace M365 / SharePoint solution based on a Hub Site architecture for the Douglas County’s newly formed Health Department.- Developed a Content Management solution for the Human Resources department to manage Personnel Files for all county personnel. Content Services was used to implement the solution.- Built a custom integration service to sync finance documents between JD Edwards and an on-prem SharePoint farm. A High-trust SharePoint Add-in was built using C# and ASP.Net to synchronize thousands of documents.

Built an Employee Covid19 Questionnaire application using Power Apps. Initially built as a Power Apps Canvas App, it later evolved into a Power Apps Portal solution to accommodate external unlicensed users.

Lead client engagements at Long View in designing and delivering custom solutions on the SharePoint 2013 platform.Delivered collaboration, ECM, and custom solutions based on best practices using on – premises, cloud, and hybrid platforms.Defined the service delivery model and operations framework for key services for the Applications Services practice (i.e. “OnDemand SharePoint”).Consulted with clients and Long View sales staff to manage client relationships and deliver high – value business solutions.
