Responsible for project management of Medtronics Tru Trainer line of soft tissue surgical simulators.Worked directly with customer on the design,engineering,prototyping,tooling and production of soft tissue trainers. Assisted in launch activities of products. This position required direct contact with medical professionals to achieve desired product functionality and asthetic properties.

Contractual model maker responsible for building silicone molds,creating proper draft and parting lines,vents and fill gates to cast multiple urethane parts.Operate silicone and urethane dispensing equipment.Operate objet rapid prototype equipment to create master patterns for molding.Bench engineering model making required.

Managed the Magna/Donnelly 3D clay modeling studio. Personally ran the day to day management of the studio,individual project management and cotract personnel.Project management responsibilities included: program timing,scheduling,project definition,material procurement and all clay modeling projects.Also performed multiple hard modeling projects in support of industrial design,engineering,sales and marketing,CAD design.

Modelmaker within the product development area. Prince Corp. was a tier one supplier of automotive interior components such as overhead consoles,floor consoles,visors, lamps and complete headliner systems.Responsibilities included plastics model making and prototype parts.Later transferred to the design studios to undertake clay modeling responsibilities.
