Prior to this offering individuals were paying upwards of $20 a month irregardless of the amount of time they actually used the internet. Prior to being sold to another competitor, Netpenny had grown into a regional ISP serving Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio and Wisconsin and had a customer base of over 15,000+ users.

Gabriel Systems merged with Titlewave, Inc.to offer software solutions to the Land Title industry. This system included escrow management, policy management, and title search software. Over 180 title companies in Texas used this software. In 1994 the company created the first imaging system designed to scan and archive deed records at the county courthouse, replacing microfilm as the archive media of choice. A joint venture with Stewart Guarantee created Landata Land Records offering this system to over 2,000 Stewart Guaranty Title offices nationwide. Gabriel Systems was contracted to scan the entire Webb County, TX courthouse deed records, back to sovereignty for a new Title Company in Laredo, TX. Over the ensuing year Gabriel Systems scanned to CD and indexed over 2 million property deed records. This new system took a sovereignty title search from weeks down to 17 minutes. In 1995 Gabriel Systems installed an $800,000 system in the Duval County, FL clerks office where over 3,000 deed records are filed daily.In 1995 Gabriel Systems entered into a worldwide licensing agreement with Eastman Kodak creating the Kodak Land Records Division.
