CurrentManage and provide leadership for all financial, human resource, and information technology matters. Primary interface for the outside Corporate Lender, as well as the Trustee for the 401K and Pension Plan. Work closely with both plan administrators, ensuring all governmental regulations are adhered to and that all plan participants are aware of any relevant changes to the plans. Company focal point to Local Union Business Agent(s) and independent accounting partners/auditors. Integrate financial processes and functions into newly deployed ERP system. Integration included P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Journal Entries and General Ledger. Responsible for administration and support of site Facilities and Insurance related items.
