In charge of characterisation and validation recordings of our radar modules, as well as facilitating recording of test data for our customers. - Responsible for maintaining related labs and test setups, as well as designing and building new ones. CAD design in Autodesk Fusion360, 3D printing of smaller parts and brackets, as well as manufacturing in wood, metal, foam and plastic. Development of moving radar target electronics and control software using Arduino and Python.- Contributing to development of our in-house Radar Recorder tool, in the roles of ‘Superuser’ and (unofficial) ‘Product Owner’. Acting as first line of support to all other users, supplying feature requests, maintaining the backlog, participating in -and on many occasions leading- the sprint planning. As well as ‘Lead tester’, performing validation and regression testing and maintaining documentation before releasing each update of the Recorder to further internal and external users. This includes defining and building a Hardware-In-The-Loop regression test setup and managing the development of the corresponding test software.- Managing radar recording campaigns. Performing many of the in-house characterisation recordings, managing the weekly planning for our UX tester(s), and directly supporting all other test campaigns in the field.- Mentoring a summer intern, and later colleague, in the development of an Analysis Tool, written in Python, for visualising recorded radar data. And later taking over maintenance of this tool.- Many smaller responsibilities, including maintaining the mechanical lab, the 3d printers, including the print server (OctoPi), managing allocation of CAD software licensesFounding member and bookkeeper of the Novelda Social Club, organising the yearly ski-trip to Hemsedal and monthly after-work activities for our colleagues.Employee representative in the Arbeidsmiljøutvalg (Working Environment Committee)

MSc. thesis research in the Space Systems - Thermal department. Numerical simulation of a two-phase, pumped-loop thermal control system. Building a numerical simulation tool in Matlab to predict the transient behaviour of such a system. Performing experiments and obtaining measurements from a real-world system in order to validate the numerical model.

Together with a group of fellow graduate students, we are in charge of creating, checking and grading homework assignments and studio-classroom tutorials, as well as organising weekly homework help sessions for students who have questions about the homework problems and the course material in general.During weekly meetings with the fellow Teaching assistants and the course responsible professor, we discuss progress and give feedback to the professor on material that is not yet clear to students so it can be treated or explained in the lectures.

JC sound & Light is a small company in the entertainment business. Providing complete solutions, including stage building, sound systems, light shows, all required equipments and personnel.Started as weekend job in December 2009, mainly out of interest for “how things worked” backstage (technology- and management wise). I was an allround employee, building stages, setting up equipment (truss structures, electrical, lighting and sound) and maintaining/repairing them in the shop. Throughout the years, I got more and more responsibility, being involved in both creative and business decisions, planning, managing people, preparing for jobs. But most importantly, I learned to work hard and making long hours to get the job done in time.
