In my 25 years of progressive experience as an IT leader, I have gained expertise in strategic planning, software development, project management, infrastructure management, and business process improvement at organizations ranging in size from 500 to over 10,000 employees. Throughout my career, I have successfully delivered large, complex projects that significantly improved efficiencies, productivity, and customer service for my companies. With my extensive experience as a network engineer, software developer, and enterprise architect, I can be hands-on when required. I have consistently built strong, cohesive teams with an emphasis on staff development and promoting from within.I partner with executive management to set a strategic direction for IT that not only meets current needs, but anticipates emerging needs and positions the IT Department to deliver. My career success stems from my ability to work with senior business leaders to strategically align IT efforts with business goals.My projects have been nominated for several awards, including the 2011 International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) SharePoint Innovator of the Year award, and I was a finalist for the 2016 ILTA Technology Advocacy Professional of the Year award. I have served on several vendor advisory boards and a number of ILTA steering committees. I was also a co-founder of the annual ILTA SharePoint Symposium. I am a frequent speaker at technology conferences on a variety of topics, including application development, document management, and process improvement.
