As a Principal Molecular Pathologist at Adaptive Biotechnologies, I have a lead role in the final report review and approval for clonoSeq, a novel NGS-based FDA-cleared IVD assay for clonality and minimal residual disease testing in lymphoid malignancies, and have contributed to multiple test or report improvements. With over 5 years of experience in this role, I ensure the quality and accuracy of our test results and clinical interpretations, as well as the compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.I have a strong background in biomedical science and pathology, with board certifications in Anatomic Pathology and Molecular Genetic Pathology. I have also been a consultant for Illumina Ventures, where I leveraged my expertise in genetic test development, interpretation and reporting for various applications, such as somatic or constitutional, oncology or reproductive health, in CLIA lab settings. Additionally, I have a track record of academic and industry cancer genetics discovery research, with more than 50 publications. My mission is to apply cutting-edge NGS technologies and methods to improve the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of patients with cancer and other diseases.
