The Project Manager, Remote Deployment Team is responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of software updates on customer systems across both Radiology and Cardiology solution lines. The Project Manager monitors all projects from initiation through delivery, interfacing with all stakeholders on technical and non-technical matters. This role ensures that all project material as well as processes are kept current and working towards strategic goals, well maintaining high customer satisfaction.* Works closely with the Support Account Management Team and Services Project Managers to coordinate and ensure projects in the Remote Deployment Team are delivered effectively and efficiently to our customer base.* Defines project scope & objectives, identifies resources needed, and assigns individual responsibilities* Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, documentation and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements* Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including customers and internal teams in different areas* Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet project objectives* Provides technical/analytical guidance* Coordinates and conducts project meetings and is responsible for project deliverables, timelines and risk* Understands basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections and makes decisions accordingly* Identifies business development and “add-on” sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project* Ability to negotiate and organize with stakeholders associated with all projects

- Manages relationships with assigned customers on an ongoing basis- Primary point of contact / escalation point for assigned customers- Conduct regular conference calls to lead, discuss and review all open service requests- Build and maintain a strong working relationship with all key client and internal stakeholders.- Regularly review open service requests and when necessary engage appropriate internal resources, drive escalation and follow up with appropriate resources to facilitate timely resolution- Provide root-cause analysis of escalated issues when required- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships- Provide ongoing support updates to customers on the effective use of our applications through new products, services and training information.- May include onsite presentations for assigned customers
